    A) Jon = 1/3 Belinda

    J=1/3 B

    so 3J is the algebraic expression that represents Belinda

    b) J=1/3 B

    1/3B + 5

    c) B+12=m

    B+12=36

    B=24

    Jon=1/3B now

    so J=1/3B + 5

    J = 1/3 (24) + 5

    J=8+5

    J=13

    d) explained as I went along
