Minus 6 both sides
7x²-x-6=0
hmm
using ac method we get
7x²-7x+6x-6=0
group
(7x²-7x) + (6x-6) = 0
7x (x-1) + 6 (x-1) = 0
undistribute
(7x+6) (x-1) = 0
set to zero
7x+6=0
7x=-6
x=-6/7
x-1=0
x=1
x=-6/7 or 1
