How do you solve 4=2^x?

    4=2^x

    Step 1: Flip the equation.

    2^x times 4

    Step 2: Solve Exponent.

    2^x times 4

    log 2/x log4 (Take log of both sides)

    x times (log2 times log4)

    x = (log4 times log2)

    So, x=2
