If im not mistaking Silas has already taken the bags of glass already. So you took it out the equation and you have 11 bags of plastic left. Which is the only one that has a - 13 and it equating 11 is A. Let my know if I’m wrong.

The answer is A, since the total is 13+11 so x-13=11 is correct.
