9/10 = 0.90
0.90 - 0.75 = 0.15 (which is a positive difference)
this means that 0.90 is greater than 0.75
so the answer is: no, 3/4 is less than 9/10

no when you convert both into decimal 0.75 is smaller than 0.9.
