    Area = 169x²y⁴ Area of square = s²

    s² = 169x²y⁴

    s = √ 169x²y⁴

    s = 13 xy²

    Perimeter = 4s = 4*13xy² = 52xy ²

    We are given with the area of the room given as 169 x2 y4. The side of the square room is obtained from the square root of area. Hence sq. rt of 1 69 x2 y4 is 13 xy. There are four equal sides of square, thus the perimeter is four times the side. The perimeter is 52xy.
