The unit price is the price per unit I assume the unit here is one pound of apples So 17.5/8 = unit price Unit price equals2.1875

It doesnt tell us how many apples there are to a pound, so presumably it is asking for a price for pound, which would be 17.50 divided by 8, or 2.1875 per pound. However, since we are talking money here, the correct answer would be $2.19
