A recipe calls for 2 1/2 cups of flour to make 2 dozen cookies. How many cups of flour would be required to bake 15 dozen cookies?

    Set a proportion: (2/5) / (2) = (x) / (15). Cross multiply and get 2x=37.5. Divide by 2. 18.75 cups of flour for 15 dozen cookies
