Natalie has 500 candy bars to sell for a fundraiser. Let C be the number of candy bars. Let P be the amount made from selling the candy bars. Suppose that P equals 2 C minus 250 gives P as a function of C.

Identify the correct description and appropriate set of values for the domain of the function.

the number of candy bars; the set of all real numbers from 0 to 250

the number of candy bars; {0, 1, 2, 3, ..., 500}

the amount made from selling the candy bars; {0, 1, 2, 3, ..., 500}

    1. Writing p as a function of c gives

    P = 2c-250

    Where C is the number of candy bar

    P is the number of candy bar sold.

    2. This is expressed as

    0 = < C < = 250

    3. This is expressed as

    0 = < C = < 250

    4. Amount made from selling candy bar in the set of interger between 0 to 500

    C is given as 500

    From the equation P=2C-250

    P=2*500-250

    P=1000-250 = 750.

    P=750

    5. Amount made selling candy bar for the set of real numbers between 0 and 250

    C is equal to 250

    From the equation, we have

    P=2*250-250

    P=500-250 = 250.
