25% of the 40 students is 10 students.

First you have to turn 25% into a decimal with is. 25. Now you have to multiply the number of student with the decimal. 40 x. 25 = 10.00 (10 students)

So every 25% is to 10 students.

2o students in percentage is equal to 50% with is 1/2 factional part of the grup.
