    = [ (6*4) + 3/4] + [ (4*3) + 2/3]

    = 27/4 + 14/3

    Common multiple of 4 and 3 = 12

    (27*3) / (4*3) + (14*4) / (3*4)

    = 81/12 + 64/12

    = 145/12 = 12 1/12
