In this triangle, side ac=2, side BC=3, and side ab=4, is triangle ABC a right triangle?

    No. The formula is a^2+b^2=c^2 for a right Triangle. The Hypotonuse is the longest side - in this case 4. 2^2+3^2 = 4+9=13 and 4^2=16.
