A population of deer has a per capita rate of increase of 0.1 deer per year. if there are initially 300 deer in the population, and the population is growing exponentially, how many deer will be in the population after 1 year?

    The deer will be in the population after one year is 330. The formula is 300 * 0.1 = 30 We will add the 30 to the initial deer in the population which is 300, so we will get the answer of 330. 330 is the population of the deer after one year.
