A player on a school baseball team reaches first base 3/10 of the time he is at bat. Out of 70 times at bat, how many times would you predict he will reach first base?

    Using decimals the answer would be

    70 x 0.3 = 21

    Using fractions the answer would be

    70 / 1 x 3/10 = 210/10 = 21 times on base is the estimate
