    slope intercept form - (y = mx + b)

    slope (m) is (3/2) So, y = 3/2x + b

    To find b you plug in the x and y value (2,7)

    7 = 3/2 * 2 + b

    Isolate x on one side by finding the value of 3/2 * 2 which is 3.

    Subtract 3 from both sides which leaves you with 4 = b, so the value of b is 4

    Now the slope intercept form is (y = 3/2x + 4)
