    about 93.6 km/h

    Step-by-step explanation:

    The speed westbound is ...

    14000 km / (22 h) ≈ 636.364 km/h

    The speed eastbound is ...

    14000 km / (17 h) ≈ 823.529 km/h

The difference in speeds is twice the wind speed, so the wind speed is ...

    (823.529 - 636.364) / 2 km/h ≈ 93.6 km/h
