I think that the only polynomial that has a solution that are real numbers is:

    B) x² + 4x + 3 = 0

    (x + 3) (x + 1) → x² + 1x + 3x + 3 → x² + 4x + 3

    (x+3) = 0 → x = - 3

    (x + 1) = 0 → x = - 1

Real numbers are number that are whole numbers, rational and irrational numbers, positive and negative numbers, and even zero.
