Hello!
Simply divide the numerator by the denominator to get the decimal, and then multiply the decimal by 100:
100 : 100 = 1
1 * 100 = 100
100/100 as a percentage is 100%
1 : 1 = 1
1 * 100 = 100
1/1 as a percentage is 100%
