    Formula for slope:

    Slope = Rise/Run or (y2-y1) / (x2-x1)

    Put values

    Slope = (6-2) / (-1 - (-9))

    Slope=4 / (-1+9)

    Slope=4/8

    Slope=1/2

    So here Rise=1 and Run=2

    Answer: Slope = 1/2, Rise = 1 and Run=2
