    Let width be x

    Length = x + 13

    P = 38

    38 = 2 (x + 13 + x)

    38 = 2 (2x + 13)

    38 = 2x + 26

    2x = 38 - 26

    2x = 12

    Length = x + 13 = 6+13 = 19units
