In a cylinder, r=7 and surface area s=210pi. Find the volume of the cylinder.

    The formula to find the volume of a cylinder is V=pi r^{2} h, because you don't have the value of h you must find it by using the equation for surface area of a cylinder. In this case, you already know your surface area so your equation would look like this: 210pi = 2pi (7) h+2pi7² Once, you solve you get h=18.4 substitute it into your volume equation and your answer is 901.6pi units³
