Two numbers add up to 50. One number is four times as big at the other number. What are the two numbers?

    The answer is 12.5

    You take 50 and divide it by 4 and you get 12.5.

    Then you take 4 and multiply it by 12.5 and you get 50.

    5x=50

    X=10 4X=40
