    X=number of single beds

    y=number of double beds

    y=2x

    56x+65y=4836

    sub 2x for y

    56x+65 (2x) = 4836

    56x+130x=4836

    186x=4836

    divide both sides by 186

    x=26

    sub back

    y=2x

    y=2 (26)

    y=52

    52 double beds
