First things first, start from the far right side. Add the numbers as normal, and when you add up to a number higher than 9. you put the first digit from that answer on top of the first digit to the left which you will add next. The second digit from your answer will go under the numbers you just added. The first digit of the answer you put 1 spot to the left now gets added into your next row of addition!
