How do you solve this rational equation

4/3 (c+4) + 1 = 2c/c+4

    4/3 (c+4) + 1 = 2c/c+4, where c is not - 4

    4 / [3 (c + 4) ] + 3 (c + 4) / [ 3 (c + 4) ] = 6c / [3 (c + 4) ]

    4 + 3c + 12 = 6c

    16 = 3c

    c = 16 / 3.
