C because the interquartile range is the number in the middle but ther is no middle so what is between 70 and 80 it is 75

B because you find the median of both

Before grades drop median is 70.5

After grades drop median is 70.5

Then you find upper and lower quartile of the two

Before dropped grades is 65 for lower

Before dropped grades is 85 for upper

After dropped grades is 67.5 for lower

After dropped grades is 82.5 for upper

Then you subtract the two to find the range

    85-65 = 20

    82.5-67.5 = 15

    So the answer is B
