24 2/3 minus 5/6 equals?

    First you want to have the same factor so 24 4/6 - 5/6 there you go now multiply 24 times 6 which is 144. then add 144 add to 4 which is 148 so 148/6 - 5/6 which is now 143/6 and then simplify so it 23 5/6
