    Expand to

    -15x/2 - 10 < 6 - 3x

    -15x/2 < 16 - 3x

    -15x < 32 - 6x

    -15x + 6x < 32

    9x < 32

    x< 32/9

    Distribute

    -5/2 (3x+4) = - 15/2x-20/2=-7.5x-10

    now we have

    -7.5x-10<6-3x

    add 7.5x to both sides

    -10<6+4.5x

    minus 6 from both sides

    -16<4.5x

    divide both sides by 4.5

    -32/9
