Greater, because 0.4*1.8=.72 so that is greater than 0.4. It is almost 1.0

We know that a * 1 = a.

Obviously, a times any quantity greater than 1 will result in a larger (or smaller, in the case of integers) number.

So 0.4 * 1.8 > 0.4.
