Is it possible to construct a triangle with side lengths of 15 inches, 17 inches, and 32 inches? Why or why not?

    For a triangle to be valid the sum of any 2 of it's sides must be greater than the third side

    for 15, 17, 32

    15 + 32 = 47 > 17

    17 + 32 = 49 > 15

    15 + 17 = 32 hence not a valid triangle
