    No

    Step-by-step explanation:

    1. Take 19.13 and round it to the nearest whole number. Since it's a three it will round down to $19

    2. Take $39.75 and round it to the nearest whole number. Since it's a five you would round up to $40

    3. Take 56.59 and round it to the nearest whole number. Since it's a nine it will round up to $57

    4. Add up the total amount of all three items (19+40+57)

    5. It will add up to $116 which mean he does not have enough money to buy all three items.
