The sum of two consecutive, odd whole numbers is 205. What are the two numbers?

Hint: if x is the first number then x + 1 would be the other number as they are odd.

    There is no solution. When you add two odd numbers the answer is always even.

    Ex. 1 + 3 = 4

    101 + 103 = 204

    103 + 105 = 208

    Even the hint is wrong. It would be x and x+2. You would use x and x+1 if they were consecutive

    51.25 + (50.25+1) = 205
