A model house that runs completely on renewable energy uses 22 windmills and 33 solar panels. Each windmill generates MM kilowatt-hours (kWh) of energy per year, ad each solar panel generates SS kWh per year. Which expressions can we use to describe how many kWh of energy the model house will output in 1010 years?

    Total energy output in 1010 years = (22·M + 33·S) * 1010 kWh

    Step-by-step explanation:

Number of windmills in the model house = 22

Energy generated by one windmill per year = M kWh

    Energy generated by 22 windmills per year = 22 * M kWh

Number of solar panels in the model house = 33

Energy generated by one solar panel per year = S kWh

Energy generated by 33 solar panels per year = 33 * S kWh

    Now, Total energy output by 22 windmills and 33 solar panels in one year = (22 * M + 33 * S) kWh

    Hence, Total energy output in 1010 years = (22·M + 33·S) * 1010 kWh
