    The inequality would be (x+3) (x+8) ≤150.

Letting x be Holly's age, we know Sue was born 3 years before her, so Sue is 3 years older; this means Sue's age is x+3.

Jeremy was born 5 years before Sue, so he is 5 years older than her; this means his age is (x+3) + 5 = x+8.

Their product is no more than 150; therefore (x+3) (x+8) ≤150.
