Ishaan has two bags of marbles. The first bag contains 6 red, 5 blue, and 4 green marbles. The second contains 3 red, 2 blue, and 4 green marbles. Ishaan will randomly select 1 marble from each bag. What is the probability he selects a blue marble from each bag?
