Suppose the leftmost digits of two numbers are 8 and 3 can you tell which number is greater? explain

    No, because it mostly depends on the number of digits and what the first digit is.

    For example, of the 2 numbers were 28 and 9763, 1763 is the bigger number because it has more digits and the first digits is 9, which is greater than 2.
