Sally left paris traveling 84mph. Joan, to catch up, left some time later driving at 93mph. Joan caught up after 9 hours. How long was Sally driving for before Joan caught up?

    Sally was driving 10 minutes before Joan caught up to her.

    84 (x) = 93 (9)

    84 (x) = 837

    x = 837/84

    x = 9.96 hrs
