    30 red, 15 green, 5 yellow ... total of 50

    P (1st tile is yellow) = 5/50 which reduces to 1/10

    replaced

    P (2nd tile is green) = 15/50 which reduces to 3/10

    P (both events happening) = 1/10 * 3/10 = 3/100 or 0.03 or 3% <==
