Freddy is buyign wings and anchos for a party. A box of 10 wings cost $7.00 and Nachos cost $4.00 per tray. He msut spend less than $40 on the wings and nachos. Use x to be the wings and y to be the nachos, what ineqaulity will correctly represent the possible number of wings and nachos Freddy can buy and still remain within his budget.

    So 7 dollers per 10 wings or 0.7 doller per 1 wing

    4 dollers per 1 nacho tray so it will be

    40=0.7x+4y
