    Sub in - 2 for x in the first equation

    y = 2/3 (-2) + 3

    y = - 4/3 + 3

    y = - 4/3 + 9/3

    y = 5/3

    check ...

    y = 2/3x + 3

    5/3 = 2/3 (-2) + 3

    5/3 = - 4/3 + 9/3

    5/3 = 5/3 (correct)

    so ur solution is : (-2,5/3)
