First the data must be ordered:
3, 4, 5, 6, 7.
The range is 7 - 3 = 4.
The LQ is (3 + 4) / 2 = 3.5.
The UQ is (6 + 7) / 2 = 6.5.
Therefore the IQR is 6.5 - 3.5 = 3.
