    If the 3 is with the - y, then the 6 is alone and is the constant. Therefore making the the 3 coefficient. However, your choices appear to be - 1, 0, 3 or 6; if so, then if the expression is 6 - y * 3, then the coefficient would be - 1 since it is implied to be in front of the variable y.
