The sum of two times a number and 5 more than the number is the same as the difference between - 15 and twice the number. What is the number?

    (2x) (x+5) = 2x-15

    4x^2 + 5x = 2x-15

    4x^2 = 7x - 15

    16x = 7x - 15

    16x + 15 = 7x

    2 2/7 + 2 1/7 = x

    x = 4 3/7
