Is the inequality 2 (6x-4) - 5x < 7x + 13 sometimes, always, or never true?

    Always true because when you solve it out you end up with 7x-8<7x+13 and then you subtract the 7x from both sides and you get - 8<13 and - 8 is less than 13.
