Which operations are commutative and associative?

Addition

Subtraction

    Addition and Multiplication.

    Example of commutative:

    a x b = c x d

    Example of Associative:

    b x a = d x c

    The two still fall in the same numbers when switched, but doing a and c, d an b, you get a whole different answer.
