    To answer your question, consider the Pythagorean Theorem - a²+b²=c²

    In this case, a would be 2.4/2 = 1.2

    I cannot answer your question fully because at least two of the three letters should be known in order for the formula to work, as well as to find the height. Was the slant height given?
