A ball is dropped from a height of 24 meters. With each bounce, the ball reaches a height that is half the height of the previous bounce. How far has the ball travelled by the time it comes to the rest?

    I has traveled 24 + (2x12) + (2x6) + (2x3) + (2x1.5) + (2x0.75) = 70.5m if it comes to rest after its bounce that reached 0.75 meters.
