Putting the same common denominator would be 30. & the numerator for 1/6 would be 5, while the numerator for 3/5 would be 18. & if you subtract 5-18 you can't really do that so just switch it up (18-5) & you'd get - 13 & the common denominator is 30, so in that case - 13/30

LCD = 30
5 30 - 18 30 = - 13 30 530-1830=-1330 Combining the whole and fraction parts 2 - 13 30 = 1 17 30 2-1330=11730
