25 inches and 2 inches: No

20 inches and 5 inches: Yes

17 inches and 8 inches: Yes

15 inches and 5 inches: No

15 inches and 10 inches: Yes

    The first rectangle would have a perimeter of 25 (2) + 2 (2) = 54 inches.

    The second rectangle would have a perimeter of 20 (2) + 5 (2) = 50 inches.

    The third rectangle would have a perimeter of 17 (2) + 8 (2) = 50 inches.

    The fourth rectangle would have a perimeter of 15 (2) + 5 (2) = 40 inches.

    The fifth rectangle would have a perimeter of 15 (2) + 10 (2) = 50 inches.
