    V≈254.47

Which rounded to the nearest tenths place, is 254.5

The equation to find the volume of a cylinder is V=πr^2h, so if we input 3 into where r is, and if we input 9 in the place of h, we get V=π (3^2) 9

If we solve the exponent, now it's V = (π9) 9. So now we multiply pi by 9, then that by 9, and you get 254.47
